Congratulations to Hernan Perez Mckay who has been selected as the winner of the UCD Law Review case note competition for his case note on Middelkamp v The Minister for Justice. Hernan’s piece is now available to read on the Sutherland Symposium and he will be awarded his prize at the launch of Volume 23 in the autumn.
